30-Day Returns & Exchanges

We offer 30-day returns or exchanges from the date of delivery for the following:

Eligible for Return/Exchange

• Incorrect size
  
• Change of mind (in unused condition)
  
• Colour/symbol selection errors made at checkout
  
• Manufacturing defects
  

Conditions

• The bracelet must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
  
• Custom-engraved beads (symbols/text) can still be exchanged for the same product if it is unworn, but refunds may not apply due to customisation.
  
• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
  

Warranty Coverage

1-Year Craftsmanship Warranty

All TotemBand bracelets include a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects such as:

• Faulty clasps
  
• Bead failure (cracks, defects not related to impact or heat exposure)
  
• Incorrect assembly
  
• Stitching or cord termination issues
  

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• Improper care
  
• Water exposure on leather products
  
• Heat exposure to PLA beads (such as leaving in a hot car)
  
• Excessive force or accidental breakage
  
• Normal wear and tear
  

Material-Specific Warranty Notes

Leather Bracelets

Leather is a natural material and will naturally soften and age over time.

The warranty does not cover:

• Drying, cracking, stretching or colour change due to water, sweat, or sun exposure
  
• Damage caused by bending, twisting, or improper conditioning
  
• Stains from lotions, perfumes, sunscreen, etc.
  

Because leather requires more care, returns may be refused if signs of wear or water damage are present.

Paracord Bracelets

Paracord is highly durable and water-resistant. The warranty does not cover:

• Fraying caused by sharp abrasion
  
• Melting or deformation caused by heat
  
• Colour fading due to prolonged sun exposure (normal for woven fibre products)
  

Paracord bracelets typically qualify for easier assessment and replacement due to their robust nature.

Clasps & Hardware

All clasps—matte gunmetal 304 stainless steel and 316 stainless steel—are covered under warranty against:

• Mechanical failure
  
• Corrosion (under normal usage)
  

This coverage excludes:

• Damage caused by impacts
  
• Deep scratches from wear
  
• Corrosion resulting from harsh chemicals
  

How to Request a Return or Warranty Claim

We’ll review your request within 2–3 business days and advise the next steps.

Replacements

If your item qualifies under warranty, we will:

• Repair the bracelet, or
  
• Replace it with an identical item (same colour scheme, bead, sizing), or
  
• Offer store credit if replacement is not possible
  

Custom beads will be remade using the original symbol/text where required.

Shipping

• Return postage is free for approved warranty claims and items that arrived damaged or incorrect.
  
• For returns/exchanges not covered by warranty, postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
